Client:
Paul Ramsay Foundation

PRF invests in and partners with organisations across Australia, building the capability of organisations and influencing, through collaboration and advocacy, to achieve their vision of a world where all people can live their best lives. PRF partnered with First Australians Capital provides a range of resources to Indigenous businesses, including professional business support and services, networking and access to financial capital.

Activites Included

  • Document review
  • Stakeholder consultations
  • Partnership analysis
  • Program sustainability analysis
  • Shared Learnings Workshop

Process

The shared learnings workshop was an opportunity for FAC and PRF to discuss the findings in depth and provide feedback on these findings. The feedback from the workshop was used to develop and recommend an action plan that reflected the agreed opportunities to improve the partnership. Beyond this, it offered an important relationship development opportunity.

Outcome

The evaluation provided insights and learnings from the PRF and FAC partnership to date. Recommendations identified opportunities to further optimise an already successful partnership. In addition, the evaluation identified critical partnership elements and developed a partnership logic model that can be deployed in similar PRF partnerships in the future.

A huge thanks for the work on the partnerships evaluation. We’ve captured lots of important learning which we will apply to our ongoing relationships, and for our work in supporting other community-led ‘fund managers’ in future. It’s been a pleasure working with you and look forward to another opportunity in the future.
